Talent & Leadership

Talent & Leadership

An appointment changes the life of a business long before it changes its results. The person arriving will inherit established habits, loyalties and expectations, as well as a commercial task to fulfil. BSM helps owners understand the leadership the organisation needs and recognise the people capable of earning its confidence.

BSM® MonacoTalent & Leadership

Our work extends from executive selection to the development of managers already within the company. We pay attention to how they make decisions, lead colleagues and maintain standards when the operation is under pressure, because these are the circumstances in which their value becomes visible.

Executive Search & Selection

A persuasive interview is only the beginning of understanding a candidate. We examine the experience behind the presentation and its relevance to the role, then help ownership compare people against the work they will be expected to do. Search and selection can address general management, commercial leadership, operations and F&B. Where local law requires authorisation, recruitment is undertaken through an appropriately authorised provider.

Management Development

Managers learn when development returns to the decisions they actually face. We work with commercial choices, difficult conversations and the habits through which service standards are maintained. Individual development plans translate the work into changes that can be observed in the operation, followed by a review of what has improved and what still requires practice.

Succession & Executive Onboarding

The first months determine how a new executive will be received and what can reasonably be expected of them. We help ownership prepare that transition through a 30/60/90-day plan, early priorities and conversations with the people whose cooperation matters. Succession work considers the capabilities already within the business and the experience a future leader needs before taking greater responsibility.
